Apparently it was a bit too cold in the “D”…haha! Dekalb…get it? womp womp womp. 
Dekalb mutha-effin county is back in the hizzouse!!! This time, sheriff officals allowed an inmate to cover up during his mugshot. Now correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the main purpose of a mug to IDENTIFY the inmate in the database? *scratching head* Keep up the good work DC…without you there’d be no me.
