T.I. Ordered to Give Up The Cash
An Atlanta judge has ordered T.I. to increase the child support payments received by the mother of his two sons, LaShon Dixon. Tip had originally been paying about $3,000 per month to support his two sons, ages 7 and 9 but Dixon sought to increase those payments when she felt that her sons needed “to be equal” in both households (her words…peep the video), asking the court to raise the payments to $10,000 per month. Yesterday the judge ordered T.I. to increase his payments to $5,000 per month:
T.I., who was originally ordered to pay for the boys to attend private school, is no longer required to make that payment. The judge, Bensonetta Tipton Lane, also ordered the performer to pay half of the children’s extracurricular activities and all their medical expenses.
The judge ordered joint custody of the boys to continue, with Dixon granted primary physical custody. He’ll have visitation every other weekend.
Dixon’s attorney, Randy Kessler, says the woman is “very grateful” for the judge’s decision and called it “a complete victory.” (Source)

Some females are too greedy and are not really looking out for the children. They are looking our for theirselves. If she has other kids, I bet you any amount of money that she is not pressing the father as much as she is TI. What goes around come around. Please Believe.

Now she has to pay half of her sons medical expenses and extracurricular activities as well as all of the private school costs. If Ms. Dixon wants her home to be equals to T.I.’s, then she needs to work like he does.

She needs to be worried about why her others kid’s can’t be treated equal in HER household. Simply becuase she does not want to work. Why cant she understand she is the X, not the current baby mama! Bottom line TI chose to be an entertainer, she should choose a job somewhere and sit down somewhere. HIS MONEY IS NOT HER MONEY! She is only entitled to child support

If artists had half the grind he had, they’d at least have their name out there and sell a few units. When “I’m Serious” dropped, Tip was doing concerts @ hole in the wall hood clubs and killing it for the cheap, I wanna say concerts were $1500 and then $5000. Now he sells out arenas.
Her greedy azz, you know those boys weren’t wanting for anything and still won’t want for anything even with her getting 5stacks a month. This was about bettering her household.
In GA(unless the law has changed) she can only get raises every 3 years. So she better get it while she can, once those boys hit 18 I’m willing to bet the Tip Gravy Train will be leaving the station permanently for her.

tiny’s shoes & bags costs more than what he pays PER MONTH in child support. he can afford to give that woman more money, she’s their PRIMARY caregiver. i know regular guys (not rich celebrities) who buy their kids mother’s cars, houses, pay bills, just to ENSURE their children live comfortable. tiny’s daughter lives lavishly, and she aint his, his sons should live well also. tiny’s daughter probably gets driven to school in a luxury car, while his boys are driven in their mama’s hoopty. wrong. just my opinion.

THIS IS WHAT REAL MEN DO…..i have an ex who would still take care of his kids even tho he was paying child support…nothing mattered but his children, the way it should be. triflin nicca’s

Learn the laws as it pertains to child support. Furthermore get the whole story. TI didnt buy her a house, he helped her obtain one. She has his first two sons, she should have a decent place for them to live and transportation to get around. Y’all actin like he bought her a gated mansion and a new Benz. That’s why we as a people cant get ahead. So busy tearin each other down instead of lifting up those that are doing what is really best for their situation. Aint none of us on here in a position to throw no rocks. If we were, we wouldnt even engage in seeking out the activities and or woes of the lives of others.”

She should not want TIP to pay for her while she is sitting on her behind being lazy gaining weight after eating ggod on his money. I’m sure that his kids don’t need for much and any thing they ask for they will get. She just trying to get by the cost of everything is going up and so she wants to make sure she don’t have to feel the issues in the economy like EVERYBODY else. Some woman make me sick depending on somebody to take care of them she made the choice to have them kids just like him and I’m sure everything was always good as long as he was feeding her too. She made sure before he went to jail she was support…I think it’s child support not baby mamma support what she gone do when that runs out…they will be grown soon HONEY GET OFF YOU BUTT AND GET A JOB
