OMG….she was my favorite housewife……egh. I think that she really balanced them out. Although every time she opened her mouth she was promoting something of her’s or sounding dingy. I liked having someone who wasn’t ghetto on the show.

I agree with the poster above. It was nice to have at least one housewife on the show who didn’t perpetuate the stereotype of the “bossy/bitchy/uncouth” black woman. Other than Lisa Wu the rest of them were too in your face to me. I think a lot of that was “acting out for television”. Even the white girl (Kim) was ghetto, lol! However I also feel that Deshawn held back a little bit too. She seemed a little overwhelmed by the fact that the cameras were always on and seemed to be too aware of her actions. Almost most like she was afraid to do anything to embarress herself. My favorite housewife was still NeNe though. She was so entertaining! I hope her and her friend (the older *** gentleman) get their own spinoff show. I would definitely watch it!

I’m still kind of mad at this. It seems like the purposely try to get rid of the “Anita Bakers” of the world. Drama is cool, but let’s have it in fair portions. I love women like Tamia Hill, DeShawn Snow, and especially the Editor and Chief over at Essence. Class, elegance, and drop dead gorgeous.
