Fox5 I-Team Investigates Atlanta Housewive’s Ne Ne Leakes (Video)
I can’t take it. Atlanta’s Fox 5 has decided to do an investigative report on The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Linnethia “NeNe” Leakes and her husband Greg. They uncovered that the eviction was VERY REAL and that it was retracted only after an agreement had been reached for the unpaid rents and the couple left because they could not afford it.
Also in the report, Fox 5 revealed that Greg Leakes was a rental manager who screwed up horribly at his job. He was sued by a client after he rented their home to a friend who walked out on the lease. The client had to hire a private investigator to find the renter AND Greg Leakes and eventually sued both for several thousand dollars.
As of June this year, Greg Leakes no longer manages properties because the state requires him to have a license. View the entire Fox5 I-Team report below:

I want an expose on Kim’s azz as well.
If a person isn’t ready to have their skeletons out of the closet, then don’t do reality tv.

December 11, 2008 @ 11:02 amI sent a email to the station… this is not investigative news??? that was a damn reality show… it’s was all just for tv! This is so wrong and I hope that they apologize publicly to NeNe and her family!!! I’m sayin’ Atlanta has to have way more going on the Real Housewives of ATL especially to make it a INVESTIGATIVE NEWS STORY??? The news stations in Atlanta need to step their journalism GAME UP… THIS WAS SO WHACK!!!

This is truly in so many ways wrong… I think they all owe her an PUBLIC apology… I encourage Atlanta residents to email their concerns into the station and COMPLAIN about this!!!
THIS STORY was not NEWS WORTHY is a F’in reality show for pete’s sake!!!

December 11, 2008 @ 11:31 amFortunateFool ~ I agree…the report was whack and didn’t warrant an I-Team investigation but I think all the hoopla started when the court documents were revealed and NeNe denied it. It’s sad, but regardless of who it is, when someone agrees to a reality show their life becomes open book. Especially if the show is popular.

December 17, 2008 @ 10:16 amThis is what happens when you expose yourself to the world on reality t.v. They do it on all of the reality shows. They started with the Survivors digging up drunk driving charges, digging into Richard Hatch, etc. Then Idol with Frenchie and the Corey Clark dude.
Now I don’t know if the other Housewives shows cast members get this scrutiny or if they are indeed on the up-and-up.

July 31, 2009 @ 11:38 pmThe story was not a good story at all. She is wealthy on some peoples standards. I never really heard any of the Atlanta Housewives brag about being wealthy. They show that they live a life of luxury. Once again everyone’s standard of wealthy is different. I once heard one person say that if you don’t at least have 15million dollars that you are not wealthy go figure.

August 1, 2009 @ 1:24 amYes, it shows they live a “life of luxury”, but they are all NEW money. Especially in real estate, that income is not stable. These people show EXACTLY what is wrong with America–they’re in debt up to their eyeballs, and spending like no tomorrow. How much do any of them have in the bank?? Maybe the athletes have a nest egg, but I don’t think the others do.
Especially with Kim & her Big Daddy moneybags–she’s not married to him & any fool could see that gravy train was gonna crash any day. Instead of splurging $18K on her 11-yr. old kid’s b’day party, she should be SAVING that money for their future & education. Lord knows they ALl need more of that (K-A-T)!
Most of their cars & clothes are borrowed or leased, or who knows what. Kim obviously returns most of her designer clothes & accessories after she’s worn them.
Livin’ the scam, that’s all. Keepin’ up Appearances, but at what cost? In the long run, it’s their self-respect and dignity, that’s what. And their childrens’ futures.
But it is entertaining. Some of it is painful to watch cause they all prove money does NOT buy class or good judgement! Maybe they’ll change it to “The Posers of ATL”.
