Rapper Clifford “T.I.” Harris, of Atlanta Georgia, testifies how a van in which he was riding, was being persued by another vehicle during the trial of Hosea Thomas, on trial for the murder of Philant Johnson, in the Hamilton County Common Pleas courtroom of Judge Ralph “Ted” Winkler Friday November 21, 2008.
