Last week on “I Want To Work For Diddy,” Kim Kearney aka “PoPrah” and Laverne (the Transexual) were both up for elimination. If you recall, PoPrah, who was spared this time, spewed a tear-filled tirade about how she gained weight because she was tired of dudes in the industry trying to have sex with her…and how the weight makes people take her more seriously. When I watched it…all I was thinking was…’that heffa is workin it…get em girl!’ How bout PoPrah really was telling the truth last week. Well, at least about once being thin. I just saw a few old clips of chick and all I can say is wooow! There’s old footage of her interviewing Usher, Lil Jon, Pharrell and more. thanx for posting this video of her. i was thinking the same thing after watching last weeks episode. how can you blame weight gain on niggas trying to sleep with you. chile please…i think that was some bullshit she said. i think her weight gain came about because she may not have been where she wanted to be career-wise and she got depressed and started eating too much. or maybe some dude she was in love with dumped her because he felt like she was sleeping around with too many guys. LOL

I must admit she’s very pretty for a big girl! But who in there right mind let themselves gain so much weight because of trying to keep men off of them, all you have to do is just hold your own and respect yourself and no man can break you! I think she just got depressed wasn’t happen with her life or things in her life and ate herself that big but whatever it was, she’s still a go getter! But she was very gorgeous back then and she’s still pretty but her attitude makes her ugly, so she needs to come down a little!
Umm Poprah lacks self-control and discipline that’s why she’s fat, not that bullshiat she was trying to feed us about men sexually harrassing her. If she believes this **** that she’s selling, then she’s clearly not as brilliant as she thinks she is, who takes on obesity and risk of heart disease, diabetes and a myriad of other health problems willingly? That’s one bad chick. She was producing stuff back in the the day that looks better than what is on TV now. If she said she gained the weight because of triflin’ tricks, I believe her. You get sick of that mess, especially if you’ve suffered abuse in your childhood. You start by not exercising and eating what you want and before you know it the weight comes on. You see how differently people treat you. The hard part is getting the weight off again. Go on Ms. Kim! Do your thang, girl!

“very pretty for a big girl” What the f*%& does that mean? That’s like saying “you’re pretty for a darkskinned person.” Being big does not equate to being ugly. Get it together people. Am I offended?
