Can you guess who was spotted guest hosting the 2008 World Bodybuilding & Fitness Championship in Atlanta recently? Hint: She’s in great shape but she ain’t no bodybuilder…

Monica, always the perfect host, hosted the 2008 WBFC event this weekend in Atlanta. No, I didn’t attend this show, but since pictures can tell a helluva story, I’ll just give you couch potatos a sneak peak at how fitness buffs really get down!
