Shaq Accused of Stalking Atlanta Woman ~ Restraining Order Granted
A restraining order has been granted to an Atlanta woman who is accusing NBA star Shaquille O’neal of stalking her after she ended their intimate relationship. 23 year old Alexis Miller aka Maryjane, filed the request in Fulton County court yesterday and accuses Shaq of threatening her with bodily harm and placing harassing phone calls where he did nothing but breathe heavily into the phone. She also states that Shaq has threatened to ruin her music career in Atlanta by paying artists $50,000 NOT to work with her! Check out more of the story as well as Maryjane’s picture under the cut:

“It’s been very difficult for her,” said L. David Wolfe, Miller’s Atlanta-based attorney. “Her fears are not only for herself, but also the people around her.” He said Miller, who has a young son, is “pretty traumatized.”
Wolfe said Miller had known the 7-foot-1, 325-pound All-Star center for about a year and a half, and that the two became intimate over the last six to eight months.
The court affadavit quotes an e-mail from O’Neal as saying, “I dnt no who the $#@@ u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is I gotta make now try me. Sho me.”
Wolfe said O’Neal still had not been served the legal paperwork as of early Friday afternoon. O’Neal’s agent, Perry Rogers, did not immediately return a phone call left at his office early Friday afternoon.
Under terms of the temporary restraining order, O’Neal is prohibited from having any contact or even coming within 200 yards of Miller or her 19-month-old son. O’Neal, who resides in Florida, is not the father of the child, Wolfe said.
Both parties are scheduled to appear before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Karen Woodson on Sept. 4 to determine whether the restrictions should remain. (Source)

August 23, 2008 @ 11:39 amIt will be interesting to hear Shaq’s story. Being a celebrity he should have known better than to leave a paper trail. As much as I’d like to give Alexis benefit of doubt, but I don’t see her as completely innocent. Several days ago Shaq announced that his marriage will stay intact which possibly(at Shaunie’s request) ended his relationship with Alexis. That could have pissed ol’ girl off. Then again- maybe he wanted to keep both women.
Alexis’ attorney says she is “pretty traumatized.” Hard to imagine trauma with her pic above.

August 23, 2008 @ 12:44 pmSeems very suspect with the timing of this. Wouldn’t be surprized if ole girl was trying to squeeze Shaq for some bread after he got back together with the wife.
Doubt she has a rap career. By the looks of that pic, she doesn’t appear to have any issues letting it all hang out. Where does she dance? Or is she a professional jump off?

Shaq as well as Kobe can have I’m sure just about any girl they want. Why her? who is she? I understand that she is an artist of some sort. I’ve never heard of her.

My girlfriend who just had a birthday is a good girl and she would treat you right. Shaq if you aren’t going to get back with your wife you should look her up.

Pullum… it’s suspect to me too. I ain’t never heard of no Maryjane but who am I? The story in my head is the opposite of yours though. I thought that maybe Shaunee contacted or paid off this chick to leave her man alone and the jumpoff cut him off cold turkey.

She JUST decided to become a rapper this year…ain’t no truth to this story…Yes, she was intimate with Shaq, but they NEVER had a “relationship”. He didn’t stalk her. He didn’t breathe heavy into her phone. She took pics of him he didn’t know about, she threatened to expose the pics (which ain’t nothing, cause I’ve seen them) if he didn’t give her money. That pissed him off. His problem is that he put his anger in a text message. But he only repsonded to threats…so all the brothas in this blog is right!! This is another Hiz-o tryin to come up. FYI…she ain’t raised her son since he was three months old. He’s in Louisiana with her mama…She lives in buckhead and stayin’ on her knees to get a dollar is how she get money. CHECK HER ARREST RECORD! I’m out.

I was with her the night she met Shaq at Lotus Lounge and she sent him a text that said, “Superhead ain’t got nothin’ on me”. Finally, she checked herself into a hopsital sometime around july 18th claiming a “nervous breakdown” because of Shaq’s text messages…but she was backstage at a concert at the Tabernacle partying unitl about 3a.m. the night before…watch what I tell you….I ain’t no huge Shaq fan but think about it, why would he “STALK” her???
