Why you looking for "real" in entertainment? 2Pac was a dancer for Digital Underground when he first entered the biz, Pac (R.I.P) in early videoes looked like Kid-n-Play, he later turned into Mr. Gangster Killa. How bout Jay-Z in Hawaiian Sophie? Fat Joe was no big drug dealer either. This does not mean rappers are suckers, or punks, they're just cats from the hood who are blessed with skills, and can kick street tales very well.
