this isn’t the designer’s first insultive shirts, according to ONDT he’s made others like “Jews Against Obama,” “Obama = Hitler” and “Who Killed Obama?””

im too lazy to read up on it, but first amendment is only covered to some extent. for example i cant go round shouting fire etc, and i wonder if they could place this as hate speech etc.
