LeBron James New Nickname: “CheapSkate”
LeBron James has been accused of stiffing a waiter out of a tip on a $800 meal and has been labeled a cheapskate by Cleveland reporters! Alledgedly LeBron left only a $10 tip on an $800 meal at Cleveland’s XO Prime Steaks after the restaurant accomodated he and some friends until 4am. After being put on blast by the waiter, LeBron quickly arranged for the tip to be “delivered”…(Source)
If this is true…he is dead wrong! But after seeing what his room looks like, it’s obvious that LeBron is a bit frugal. All that money….he know he coulda got that girl a maid!

May 12, 2008 @ 2:48 pmI don’t blame him if the waiter really insulted him. If a waiter insulted me I likely wouldn’t leave any sort of tip at all, no matter how long I was in the establishment.

November 6, 2008 @ 6:36 pmCome on folks, with most restaurants of that caliber anytime you go over $100 -150 price on the meal the gratuity most often time gets included on the meal. At least all of the restaurants I have visited.

He maybe a lil tight right now. He definitly didn’t come from money. That’s a fact. I’ve seen when people grow up like that, they tend to be really tight about their money.
