Check out the new video for The Dream‘s “I Luv Your Girl” featuring Young Jeezy. I love this song…reminds me of that time my crazy ex tripped out cause I had on another dude’s fitted. [Sidebar – it was a cute lil denim “A” hat that happened to match my outfit, so I took it off ole boy and decided I’d rock it for the rest of the evening!] Anywhoo…do you know knee-grow snatched that dayum cap off my head knowing I’d have “hat hair” and then tried to confront the other dude in the club….over a hat! 😕 *sigh*…Memories!
SlickbackTerrence Howard was spotted giving some classic side-eye action to director Jon Favreau during an autograph signing for “Iron Man.” Is it me, or does T look like he wants to slap a mutha? 😯 Was Jon stealing his shine?…Did Slick not like the picture on the poster…did he not approve of the director’s choice of cufflinks? Oh…I know, he probably just realized he forgot his babywipes! Whatever the case, you already know it’s hard out there for a pimp! <—I had to do it.
Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges hosted a charity event for the Ludacris Foundation last week at the Ralph Lauren Store at Lenox Square Mall. The store closed it’s doors to the general public at 6:00pm for a three hour private shopping event.
The patrons became the largest crowd in the event’s three year history, Ludacris told the crowd.
“The turnout was amazing and the event was above expectation,” said Chaka Zulu, CEO and co-founder of Disturbing Tha Peace Records. “We know the Atlanta community is rich in so many ways and they constantly support DTP on so many levels.” (Source)
The event began at Luda’s new restaurant, Straits, with a $100 per plate private dinner that offered guests a taste-testing of the restaurant’s cuisine. The dinner and the shopping event raised tens of thousands of dollars to go towards HIV/AIDs testing and research.
