Atlanta transplant, Akon has a secret and “NO” it’s definitely not his address!
Wanna know what it is…?
The sexy hitmaker has recorded a “secret” country and western record and released it under an alias in an attempt to be the first successful black artist in country music!
“No black artist has ever broken into the genre. I’m going in under a secret alias and I’ve already got my first hit record.” (Source)
Nelly tried it with Ted McGraw and several others have collaborated with country musicians, but now Akon has gone solo and says he already has a record being played on the country airwaves! I’ve been halfway trying to find out what the alias/song is but haven’t been very successful…if you have it drop me a line!
